Questions, answered

How do patients get the app?

You send a portal invite from Branzino; they follow the link, set a password, and download the app from Google Play. The iOS app is in review with Apple. Patients who'd rather not install anything can use the same portal in a browser.

Does it cost extra?

No. The patient portal and both mobile apps are included with every Branzino plan, and they're free for your patients. There's no per-patient or per-message fee.

Is patient data safe in the app?

Yes. The app talks to the same HIPAA-aligned platform as your chart — encrypted in transit and at rest, access scoped per patient, and every access logged. Details are on our Security page.

Can patients see everything in their chart?

They see what you release — appointments, messages, medications, results and receipts. Clinical notes are shared at your discretion, so nothing reaches a patient before you're ready.

What if a patient sees more than one practice?

They sign in once and see every Branzino practice they're a patient of, each with its own visits, messages and records.
