About Branzino

Run by the person who built it.

An EHR asks for your patients' histories and your license's good name. Before you hand those over, here is how this one is run, why it exists, and what we'll hold to.

How it's run

No account manager. No support queue.

I write the code, I answer the support inbox, I run the migrations, and I sign your Business Associate Agreement. There is no account manager between you and the person who can fix your problem, and no tier you have to pay for to reach them.

Reach me through the support page or at info@branzinohealth.com. I read every message.

Why this exists

Small practices were getting hospital software with the good parts switched off.

Most EHRs are built for the practices that can pay the most: insurance-heavy, multi-site, with a billing department. Everyone else gets the same system with features turned off and a price that still assumes a sales team, an implementation team and a renewal negotiation.

A two-person therapy practice, a med spa, a cash-based physical therapist or a direct primary care doctor doesn't need any of that. They need charting that's fast, a calendar the front desk can run, a portal patients will open, memberships and packages that bill themselves, and a bill they can predict. That's what Branzino is: the complete system, built cash-first, with insurance billing as the add-on rather than the other way around.

Why it costs $29

Because we don't employ a sales team, and you're not paying for one. There's no demo to sit through, no quote to chase and no negotiated rate. The price on the pricing page is the price everyone pays, and the whole product is in it.

Where we are, honestly

We started building Branzino in early 2025 and opened it to practices in summer 2026. We're early. A small number of independent practices run on it today, mostly cash-pay. We're not ONC-certified (here's who that matters for), we don't yet have our own SOC 2 report (what we do have), and our first public review is honest about a gap we still need to close. We'd rather you read all of that here than find it out later.

What we'll hold to

Three promises, in writing

Support from the founder

Your email reaches the person who built the product. Our first 20 practices get that guaranteed — not a queue, not a chatbot, and not a tier you have to pay up for.

A price that doesn't move on you

The price you sign up at is your price for as long as you stay. If list prices ever change, existing practices keep theirs.
