Questions people ask when leaving Tebra
I bill some insurance. Is Branzino enough?
For a practice with a handful of payers, yes: the $40 add-on gives you eligibility checks, claim scrubbing, submission, ERA auto-posting and a denial worklist inside the chart. If you have a billing team working hundreds of claims a month, Tebra's RCM is the better tool.
Does switching mean a long implementation?
No. Setup is self-serve and most practices are charting the same afternoon. Migration is done by us, free, in the background.
Why is the price difference so large?
Tebra carries ONC certification, an RCM services business, marketing tools and a sales organisation, and its price reflects all of it. We carry none of those, on purpose. How much should an EHR cost? →
Are you ONC-certified?
No. Certification matters if you bill Medicare or Medicaid under programs that require certified technology. For a practice that bills patients directly it has no bearing on charting, prescribing or HIPAA. Who actually needs it →
