Questions people ask when leaving DrChrono
I chart on an iPad. Does Branzino work there?
Branzino runs in the browser, including Safari on iPad, and is laid out for it. It is not a native iPad app; if DrChrono's native app is central to how you work, that's a fair reason to stay.
Do you charge per text or per fax?
No. Appointment reminders, patient messages and eFax are part of the plan with no per-message overage.
Can I get a quote from you?
You don't need one — the price is on the pricing page and it's the same for everyone. If you want to talk it through anyway, write to us.
Are you ONC-certified?
No. Certification matters if you bill Medicare or Medicaid under programs that require certified technology. For a practice that bills patients directly it has no bearing on charting, prescribing or HIPAA. Who actually needs it →
